đź§ľ About the Role
PTP is looking for a skilled Solution Architect to help design and sell Customer Experience (CX) solutions that drive results. You’ll serve as both a technical expert and client-facing partner, guiding customers through architecture, scoping, and implementation of advanced IVR and contact center systems.
📋 What You’ll Own
• Represent PTP’s CX capabilities in client meetings, demos, conferences, and seminars
• Collaborate with clients to assess and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Architect and scope full-service solutions using IVR, speech, and contact center tools
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs, build proposals, and lead technical presentations
• Partner with internal teams and sales to ensure seamless solution delivery
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of speech-based IVR development experience
• Proficiency in IVR/speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP)
• Deep understanding of contact center architecture and infrastructure
• Strong background in large-scale implementations
• Confident communicator with solid presentation skills
• Available to travel for client engagements
• Self-starter with experience in services and solution sales
• BS in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
