📋 What You’ll Own
• Represent PTP at client meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Identify and define business and technical requirements
• Architect and scope CX solutions that address client needs
• Deliver solution walkthroughs and technical demos
• Write proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Partner with sales, engineering, and product teams to close deals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of experience developing speech-based IVR systems
• Strong knowledge of IVR and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP)
• Deep understanding of contact center infrastructure
• Experience with large-scale contact center implementations
• Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven record in professional services or enterprise software sales
• Self-starter with a client-first mindset
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• Open to travel when needed
