Nightwatch is seeking a sharp, experienced Project Manager to help guide the development of next-gen SEO tools. You’ll lead a team of developers, researchers, and stakeholders through every stage of product evolution—organizing roadmaps, conducting user research, and translating strategy into beautiful, functional software. This is a high-ownership role with major influence on how our products grow and succeed.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop and execute product strategies based on research and industry trends
• Conduct customer research and lead user testing initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, support)
• Track product improvements and report results to leadership
• Organize tickets, lead sprints, and manage backlog
• Maintain strong alignment with developers and product owners
• Improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency
• Stay current on SEO, web visibility, and marketing innovations
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Skills
• Proven success leading product or project strategy
• Strong grasp of UX and web application design
• Background in SaaS or software product development
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (especially Agile/Scrum)
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams
• Prior remote work experience
• Deep understanding of SEO or willingness to learn fast
