🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, NLP, CV, and generative AI
• Strong theoretical foundation: optimization, regularization, Bayesian inference
• Master’s or PhD in machine learning, computer science, data science, or a related field
• Experience with academic research, ML deployment, or open-source contributions
