📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop comprehensive content strategies and client-facing plans
• Lead content planning for websites, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Align strategy with UX, brand voice, and user journeys
• Drive messaging frameworks and content audits
• Shape deliverables alongside design, UX, and intel teams
• Pitch and defend concepts internally and with clients
• Juggle multiple large-scale projects while maintaining high standards
• Mentor other writers and content thinkers
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5+ years in content strategy or copy-led campaign work (agency preferred)
• Proven experience in planning and executing digital content strategies
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and audience engagement
• Comfortable leading client conversations and pushing creative boundaries
• Strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments
• Portfolio that shows clear thinking and exceptional storytelling
• Experience mentoring or managing junior talent a plus
