🧾 About the Role
Simetrik is hiring a hands-on, outcome-driven AI Agent Implementation Specialist to lead internal AI initiatives across the company. This isn’t a customer-facing role. You’ll be identifying workflow bottlenecks, proposing AI-driven solutions, and leading fast, effective implementations that improve how our teams work every day. You’ll report directly to the Head of Organizational Effectiveness within the People team and partner with teams across the org.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Identify and prioritize high-impact internal use cases for AI or automation
• Run “make vs. buy” assessments for each use case
• Lead fast, full-cycle implementations (prototype, tool selection, rollout)
• Drive internal AI adoption to improve productivity, onboarding, and enablement
• Build an internal AI knowledge base that scales team learning and efficiency
• Track outcomes and iterate solutions based on feedback and performance
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Proven experience implementing AI agents or automation in real operations
• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and executing autonomously
• Tech fluent: able to talk AI tools, systems, and integrations
• Clear track record of bringing scrappy ideas into structured solutions
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); excellent communicator
