📋 What You’ll Own
• Maintain and enhance Magento-based websites and web apps
• Build complex, data-driven web applications from scratch or within frameworks
• Install and configure Magento 1 & 2 extensions
• Optimize Magento performance and troubleshoot issues
• Work with project managers, designers, and front-end developers to create seamless digital experiences
• Contribute to project planning and build internal tools

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of hands-on Magento development experience
• Deep understanding of Magento 1 & 2 architecture
• Strong PHP fundamentals and CMS experience
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
• Solid portfolio of back-end development work
• Clear written and verbal communication
