Simetrik is looking for a strategic and driven Partner Manager to scale and lead our partnerships ecosystem across LATAM. You’ll identify, grow, and manage key partner relationships with service providers, resellers, and value-added allies, while aligning closely with internal teams to drive business value and partner success.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Negotiate, close, and manage strategic partner deals end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VARs, implementers, and referral partners
• Oversee execution of projects with Service Partners and internal stakeholders
• Lead partnership strategy initiatives and contribute best practices
• Research industry trends and competitor moves to inform Simetrik’s partner strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner involvement with timelines and project scope
• Help scale Simetrik’s Partner Program across the LATAM region
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of partnership development in B2B SaaS
• Established network among LATAM consulting firms, resellers, and service partners
• Strong strategic thinking paired with data-driven decision-making
• Proven success in negotiating and closing LATAM partnerships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English
