Simetrik is hiring a Customer Success Manager based in India to lead relationships with our most valuable clients. You’ll ensure our customers are getting the most out of our platform, uncover new opportunities for growth, and act as their strategic advisor. You’ll collaborate across Sales and Product to drive retention and satisfaction.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the primary contact for high-impact accounts
• Build long-term partnerships with key customer stakeholders
• Understand and anticipate customer needs to deliver solutions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
• Work closely with Product to guide improvements based on client feedback
• Track usage metrics and spot risks early
• Develop and manage customer success plans to boost satisfaction and retention
• Share insights and feedback internally to improve the customer experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years in customer success or account management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect business challenges to platform capabilities
• Data-driven with a keen analytical mindset
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• English and Spanish fluency required
