Simetrik is looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager based in São Paulo to help nurture and grow our relationships with top-tier clients. You’ll serve as the key point of contact, ensuring our customers are achieving success with our products and remain loyal advocates. This role works cross-functionally with our sales and product teams to create a seamless experience that drives retention and growth.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and grow relationships with Simetrik’s most strategic accounts
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and guiding them to success
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Work with Product to advocate for customer needs and guide feature improvements
• Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends
• Create and execute success plans to drive retention
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing feedback to drive improvement
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
• Proven ability to build lasting, high-impact relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide decisions
• Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
