At Loop, we’re reimagining post-purchase—and now, we’re building a world-class MLOps team to support mission-critical machine learning products at scale.
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer (MLOps) who’s ready to own the infrastructure that powers intelligent decision-making, build seamless pipelines in AWS, and work directly with ML and data science teams to keep high-impact models running reliably in production.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models using Terraform, GitLab, and MLflow—automate everything from training to deployment.
- Drive greenfield MLOps strategy for reproducibility, versioning, and automated testing in a modern AWS environment.
- Collaborate closely with ML Engineers to operationalize cutting-edge models (transformers, GNNs, VAEs).
- Set up and manage end-to-end monitoring & alerting with tools like Datadog for performance, drift, and anomaly detection.
- Apply IaC principles to ML workloads—ensuring consistency, reliability, and repeatability across environments.
- Own the ML model lifecycle: packaging with Docker, deploying on Kubernetes, and managing observability post-deploy.
🧠 Your Experience
- 5+ years in DevOps/MLOps, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on deploying ML models in production.
- Hands-on AWS experience with scalable infrastructure for data science and ML.
- Strong Python chops and experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Pandas.
- Deep familiarity with MLflow, Docker, and container-based ML deployments.
- Proven ability to thrive in greenfield environments—building the playbook as you go.
- Clear communicator, comfortable acting as a bridge between ML, engineering, and platform teams.

💸 Salary Range: $123,200 – $184,800
