🧾 About the Role
Saviynt is redefining how the modern enterprise handles identity, access, and governance. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll act as a strategic advisor and hands-on problem-solver for key enterprise customers. This isn’t just support—it’s partnership. You’ll help clients implement, scale, and optimize Saviynt’s Identity Authority Platform while driving long-term success, renewals, and expansion.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage technical relationships with enterprise clients—be their go-to expert
• Guide product implementation and ensure delivery of Saviynt solutions
• Handle escalations, resolve complex issues, and oversee ongoing service success
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions using IAM/IGA tools
• Develop SOWs, estimates, and plans for service delivery
• Actively contribute to pre-sales efforts and customer architecture discussions
• Drive adoption, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
• Communicate the product roadmap, align on priorities, and deepen client engagement
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 8+ years in Identity Governance (IGA) or IAM space
• Strong track record managing client delivery in identity transformation projects
• Deep technical experience in enterprise environments (bonus if it includes SPML/SOAP, SAML, LDAP, AD, SAP, Oracle, Java, etc.)
• Skilled at project planning, client communication, scope management
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships across engineering, sales, and leadership
• Consultative and proactive—you anticipate challenges and offer solutions
