Simetrik is looking for an IAM Analyst to take the lead on identity and access management across our growing organization. You’ll work closely with IT, Security, Compliance, and HR to ensure every user has secure, streamlined, and role-appropriate access. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in line with least-privilege principles
• Maintain a current, centralized asset and access registry
• Enforce and review role-based access control (RBAC) and permissions
• Support SSO and MFA configuration and reliability
• Monitor suspicious activity and respond to identity-related security events
• Analyze, document, and continuously improve IAM workflows and ticket processes
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to align security with usability
• Propose automation and process improvements that reduce manual overhead
• Stay current with IAM threats, trends, and best practices
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience managing identity, authentication systems, and access control
• Proficient in LDAP, SAML, OAuth protocols
• Familiar with identity platforms like Active Directory, AWS IAM, and Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of SQL or MySQL
• Skilled in incident response, especially related to access breaches or misuse
• Understanding of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for technical and team communication
• Degree or certification in Information Security, IT, or a related field
