CrewBloom is looking for a seasoned HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our client’s team. You’ll be the in-house expert responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining HubSpot across departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical chops, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex features into everyday solutions.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and configure HubSpot CRM to meet business requirements
• Build custom dashboards, reports, and automation workflows
• Optimize sequences and marketing/sales funnels across teams
• Perform data imports, exports, and integrations with third-party tools
• Troubleshoot issues and serve as first-line support for HubSpot users
• Train team members on HubSpot features and usage best practices
• Stay updated on new platform features and deploy enhancements
• Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and consistent usage
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years hands-on experience as a HubSpot admin
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot’s reporting, workflows, sequences, and data tools
• Excellent communication skills (especially with non-technical teammates)
• Proactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with APIs and HubSpot integrations a plus
• HubSpot certifications preferred
