💼 What You’ll Do
- 🧠 Develop and implement strategic social media plans to boost brand engagement
- ✍️ Create, schedule, and publish platform-native content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- 🧩 Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all channels
- 💬 Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions
- 📈 Analyze social media performance and extract actionable insights
- 🎯 Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, content) to align campaigns
- 🎨 Coordinate with designers and creators to produce scroll-stopping visuals
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Expertise across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Strong copywriting skills and content ideation ability
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategy
- Knowledge of online community management and engagement practices
- Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, basic SEO, or CRM integration
