We’re hiring a Google Cloud Solution Architect to lead technical design and hands-on implementation for transformative cloud projects. This role isn’t about babysitting slide decks—it’s about rolling up your sleeves, building scalable systems, and mentoring a team to deliver at the highest level.

🛠What You’ll Do
• Architect and implement secure, scalable GCP-based CX solutions
• Lead technical strategy across Google Cloud Customer Engagement Suite (CES)
• Build proof-of-concepts, demos, and architecture diagrams
• Execute hands-on engineering across GCP services (Dialogflow, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.)
• Serve as mentor and tech lead for developers and engineers
• Collaborate with PMs for timely, high-quality delivery
• Drive innovation through accelerators and internal best practices
• Advocate for Google Cloud solutions both internally and with clients
đź“š What You Bring
• 5+ years of cloud architecture experience (3+ years specifically on GCP)
• Hands-on expertise with GCP services like Dialogflow CX/ES, Speech-to-Text, Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI
• Deep understanding of GCP security, IAM, billing, VPCs, hybrid networking, and logging
• Experience in contact center/CX transformations using Google Cloud
• Strong in Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Professional-level GCP Cloud Architect Certification
• Strong communicator and team leader
🌟 Bonus Points
• Experience with CES tools like Agent Assist, Quality AI, Retail Search, or Vertex AI Search
• Background in large-scale contact center or CX transformations
• Familiarity with other platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9)
• Experience designing packaged cloud accelerators
• Additional GCP certifications
