📋 What You’ll Own
• Design speech and DTMF IVR experiences
• Create call flows and VUI design specifications
• Collaborate with peers and clients to develop intuitive, user-centered designs
• Conduct usability testing and tune applications for peak performance
• Support grammar design and tuning alongside speech scientists
• Help Sales/Marketing build materials that showcase our VUI design expertise
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of experience in voice/UI/UX design
• Strong background in linguistics, cognitive psychology, or behavioral sciences
• Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal
• Bonus if you have computer science or conversational AI experience
