PTP is on the hunt for a Software Database Engineer and Administrator (DBA) to help architect and maintain the systems powering innovative customer experience (CX) solutions. This role blends database management with web app development and cloud integration—ideal for someone who’s both analytical and creative.
📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and manage databases for analytics and application runtime
• Develop and maintain web applications for IVR and contact center systems
• Build integrations for stateful IVR applications and cloud components
• Write and manage SQL for configurations and enhancements
• Collaborate on the development of call center analytics platforms
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years as a DBA
• Strong skills in SQL (MySQL, Aurora DB, Redshift)
• Comfort with both NoSQL and relational databases
• Experience with Java, Python, or Go
• Shell scripting fluency
• Cloud-based development in AWS
• Familiarity with tools like Flyway, Liquibase
• Git for version control
