🧾 About the Role
PTP is a fast-growing CX systems integrator looking for a skilled Web Design and Usability (UX) Consultant to help design and deliver beautiful, results-driven customer journeys. In this role, you’ll lead with Human-Centered Design principles, build seamless digital experiences, and shape the interface strategy across large-scale client systems. If you’re creative, UX-focused, and passionate about problem-solving, this is your lane.
📋 What You’ll Own
• Define and enforce templates, UX/UI standards, and design principles
• Lead usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable improvements
• Collaborate across functions to develop prototypes and high-demand user scenarios
• Present usability insights to stakeholders and guide experience decisions
• Ensure designs hold up in real-world application across web and mobile
• Drive ongoing optimizations based on employee and customer feedback
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in UX, Human Factors, or Visual/Interaction Design
• 4+ years applying Human-Centered Design to complex systems
• 4+ years in visual interface design for web and mobile platforms
• 4+ years conducting UX research and usability testing
• Proven ability to communicate findings and influence digital design strategy
• Strong interpersonal skills; confident leading design sessions

• Prior work with government clients or agencies
• Located in or willing to travel to Sacramento, CA occasionally
