TheeDigital is hiring a Web Support Specialist to be the first line of defense (and offense) for clients needing technical support. You’ll be the go-to for WordPress help, hosting issues, email setup, and anything else that needs attention post-launch. This is a hybrid role for folks who thrive in a fast-moving environment, love solving problems, and enjoy making customers feel supported and empowered.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to client support requests via email, chat, or phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress, hosting, and email issues
• Set up staging environments, manage DNS, and launch new websites
• Perform plugin and software updates
• Diagnose root causes of technical issues and clearly explain solutions
• Log billable time and submit invoices for service requests
• Help internal teams with training and technical support
• Be available for occasional weekend or after-hours coverage


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in tech support, help desk, or web development role
• Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, and hosting environments
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate tech talk for clients
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Experience with DNS setup and domain transfers
• Comfort with basic front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Familiar with tools like Chrome Inspector and GIT
• Working knowledge of PHP and hosting control panels
• Self-starter with strong organization and task management
