đ What Youâll Own
⢠Design and develop responsive web interfaces using HAML and Tailwind CSS
⢠Translate wireframes and visual mockups into functional, polished code
⢠Research trends across creator platforms to inform design direction
⢠Collaborate with product and engineering to iterate and ship fast
⢠Ensure cross-browser performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
⢠Implement feedback quickly and refine UX with purpose
⢠Take ownership of front-end experience across key user flows
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠Fluent in HTML, CSS, and Tailwindâyour markup is clean and semantic
⢠Deep understanding of UI/UX design, especially in creator and social media spaces
⢠Comfortable with JavaScript and familiar with Vue or React
⢠Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
⢠Sharp design sensibility paired with hands-on coding fluency
⢠You know what makes a digital product âfeel rightâ to an online-native audience
⢠Bonus: experience with Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, or Stimulus.js
