🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage user-focused content: online help, in-product guidance, job aids, visuals, and release notes.
  • Translate technical details into clear, engaging, user-friendly documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers across product release cycles.
  • Lead documentation audits, content maintenance, and usability feedback loops.
  • Use content analytics to prioritize and refine the user experience.
  • Contribute to UI/UX writing, including microcopy, error messages, and tooltips.
  • Work within Agile teams and apply best practices for iterative content development.

🔍 What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Communications, or Hospitality (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in technical communications or 3+ years in hospitality with content responsibilities
  • Strong writing, editing, grammar, layout, and design skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, help authoring tools, version control systems, and in-product guidance tools (e.g., WalkMe preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent research, planning, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%)
