CaterTrax is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Site Build Specialist to lead new clients through the platform setup process, customize their catering sites, and troubleshoot existing ones. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead site build sessions with new clients and customize the CaterTrax platform based on their needs
• Conduct site setup calls to gather requirements and offer consultative recommendations
• Perform quality control checks on new builds to ensure launch standards are met
• Handle updates and troubleshooting for existing client sites
• Respond to tickets, emails, and calls for ongoing support and issue resolution
• Track site development progress and provide status updates to internal teams
• Collaborate with product teams to offer feedback and suggest improvements
• Assist with special projects as assigned
