We’re seeking a Learning Systems Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll be the go-to expert for managing LMS workflows, troubleshooting user issues, supporting eLearning content, and ensuring system-wide functionality. This role bridges IT, HR, and education—perfect for a technically savvy communicator who loves helping others succeed.
As a key liaison between internal teams, learners, and the LMS vendor, you’ll support training initiatives, optimize system use, and ensure smooth user experiences across the organization.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administration of the LMS, ensuring accessibility, performance, and accuracy
- Author, publish, and manage learning content, course catalogs, and learning paths
- Support analytics and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness and system usage
- Troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with vendors, and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure courses meet organizational and instructional standards
- Offer coaching and consultation to internal teams on best practices for design and delivery
- Deliver end-user training, maintain documentation, and provide ongoing system support
- Coordinate small projects related to LMS enhancements or content launches
🧠What You Bring
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience:
- 1+ year of enterprise-level LMS or database systems administration
- Experience with customer interface support, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with project management, analytics, and system testing
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
- eLearning tools like Captivate, Articulate
- SCORM/Tin Can API
- Web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, XML, CSS, FTP
- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate+)
