📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain web apps and CMS back-ends
• Create new features and functionality for existing products
• Collaborate in project planning and code reviews
• Develop complex apps from scratch or within existing frameworks
• Support internal teams with tools that make their work better

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of back-end development experience
• Strong grasp of OOP and back-end frameworks
• Experience customizing CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento, etc.)
• Comfort using version control systems
• Solid portfolio of completed web apps or backend work
• Clear, collaborative communication skills
