📋 What You’ll Own
• Design user-friendly interfaces across digital platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design systems
• Contribute to and maintain Taxwell’s design language
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design across all devices
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in UI/UX design (preferably in fintech or SaaS)
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of user research and usability testing
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Clear communicator with a portfolio that showcases elegant, user-first solutions
