Simetrik is looking for a high-impact Solutions Consultant to support our Global Payments Sales team. This is a strategic role focused on helping enterprise clients understand the technical possibilities of our platform. You’ll work alongside sales to shape, defend, and deliver solutions that drive value for our clients—and help close complex B2B SaaS deals.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Partner with Sales to scope solutions aligned with customer needs
• Design and deliver technical proof points, demos, and solution architectures
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions and respond to RFPs
• Run proof-of-concept initiatives to validate feasibility
• Provide ongoing product insights and industry knowledge
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle
• Offer customer feedback to Product and Marketing for improvement
• Research competitors and position Simetrik’s advantages effectively
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years as a SaaS Solutions Consultant or Consulting Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Background in financial systems, operations, or accounting
• Experience designing technical solutions in fintech or banking
• Skilled in ambiguous, high-stakes client environments
• Familiar with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message (preferred)
• Startup experience a strong plus
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
