Hatch is looking for a visionary Lead UX Designer to craft elegant, user-centered mobile experiences that support better sleep and wellness. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Hatch’s adult sleep service ecosystem, bridging content, hardware, and digital design with seamless mobile interactions.
📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead mobile UX design efforts across iOS and Android platforms
• Translate customer research into prototypes, storyboards, and elegant user flows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align product vision and execution
• Develop and improve Hatch’s design process alongside Product, Growth, and Engineering
• Push for consistent, accessible, insight-driven design across the mobile experience
• Prototype with Figma, run usability testing, and evolve the product based on real feedback
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of UX experience focused on mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio of human-centered design work
• Skilled in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience with wireframing, journey mapping, and accessibility best practices
• Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience designing for both Android and iOS
• Bonus: Familiarity with wellness tech, IoT, and content-based mobile ecosystems
