This full-time remote role blends content publishing, social media group outreach, inbox and project management, and digital support across teams. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Publish articles across the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
• Share content across 100+ targeted LinkedIn groups for reach and engagement
• Perform pre-publication content checks for quality, grammar, formatting, and professionalism
• Monitor content performance, collect feedback, and optimize future distribution
• Maintain brand voice and visual quality across all platforms
• Sort, organize, and manage a high-volume email inbox
• Complete email mail merges and special projects independently
• Assist with additional admin tasks as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior experience in content distribution or executive/administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with precision
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, including groups and business engagement strategy
• Experience with email organization, mail merges, and light project coordination
• Proactive communicator with strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment
