📋 What You’ll Own
• Write, edit, and manage compelling proposal responses to RFPs
• Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to accurately scope deliverables
• Develop proposal strategies and content that align with project and business goals
• Research companies, grants, nonprofits, and RFPs to identify opportunities
• Coordinate with design teams for polished, on-brand visuals and layouts
• Create and maintain content libraries for reusable proposal components
• Present concepts and proposal ideas to internal teams and clients
• Contribute to product roadmaps, features documentation, and business dev content
• Ensure all RFP requirements are met and submissions are accurate and timely
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Skills
• 6+ years of proposal writing experience (samples required)
• Strong understanding of Drupal (backend and core) – samples required
• Experience writing both technical and non-technical documentation
• Familiarity with UX design, responsive design, and digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs
• Confident communicator with excellent oral and written skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
• Understanding of IT sales processes and proposal best practices
• Experience with tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Microsoft Publisher

• Drupal or WordPress site building experience
• App proposal response writing
• Hands-on website development (HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Headless CMS/API integration experience
• SEO, branding, and design experience
