You’ll work across departments and clients, helping shape smarter strategies, optimize campaigns, and solve problems using the tools of the trade.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Analyze KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance across digital channels
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that tell the story behind the data
• QA tracking setups and ensure robust data collection
• Work with engineers and marketers on campaign tracking implementation
• Extract and compile large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Present analysis findings to clients and lead reporting calls
• Mentor interns and associate analysts in analytical tools and methods
• Keep up with the latest analytics tech, tools, and trends
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms (analytics, tagging, ad-tech)


🧠 You’ll Be Working With
• Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Cloud
• Tableau, Google Data Studio, PowerPoint, Keynote
• Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, macros)
• SQL, JavaScript (basic familiarity)
• Tagging platforms like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium
• Crimson Hexagon, Facebook Analytics, and similar tools


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or digital analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, stats, comp sci, or related field
• Comfort leading client-facing calls without hand-holding
• Skilled at finding insights in raw data and communicating them clearly
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Passion for storytelling through data and improving performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
