Guidehouse is looking for a Windows System Vulnerability Management Coordinator/Admin to help protect and maintain critical infrastructure across cloud and on-premise systems. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of Windows server environments—from patching and compliance to automation and documentation. ✅ Position Highlights
• $46,000–$76,000/year (plus potential incentive bonus)
• Full-time, 100% Remote
• No travel required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage vulnerability coordination, waivers, and patching across Windows systems (2012–2022)
• Harden systems to DISA STIG standards
• Oversee upgrades, monitoring, and incident resolution
• Support environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and on-premise
• Perform post-incident reviews and contribute to automation tooling
• Build and maintain scripts for system maintenance
• Utilize tools like Ansible, GitLab, and Tower for server automation
• Provide end-user documentation and knowledge transfer
• Participate in rotational on-call support (24×7/365 environment)
• Track work using tools like Jira and Confluence
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma + 4 years’ experience
• 2+ years as a Windows System Administrator
• Vulnerability management experience required
• Strong technical background with Windows servers
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and time management skills
• Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
