FactSet is hiring a Strategic Client Engagement Engineer to join its Wealth and Advisory team. This hybrid technical/relationship role blends web development, client consulting, and product deployment to support some of the most high-profile clients in financial services.

🧠 Experience Level: 3–5 years of Web Dev + Client-Facing Tech
🔧 What You’ll Own:
• Act as the dedicated technical resource and point of contact for key clients
• Manage deliverables, timelines, and client expectations with precision
• Triage issues using logs, emails, and internal tools (Kibana, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams
• Build relationships through trust, transparency, and real technical value
• Analyze client codebases and logs to uncover patterns and deliver fixes
• Design and deploy custom enhancements that align with client goals
🧰 Must-Have Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on web development experience
• Bachelor’s in CS or related field
• Financial services experience with a working knowledge of industry workflows
• Strong debugging and analytical mindset
• Client-facing experience with strong interpersonal communication
• Proficient with Git, Chrome dev tools, and data dashboards like Kibana
• Experience with JavaScript and/or Python frameworks
• Comfortable navigating foreign codebases and deploying fixes
