• Develop and refine core backend components powering Branch’s financial tools
• Scale distributed systems with a focus on uptime, performance, and resilience

🧠Must-Have Traits & Skills:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience—distributed, scalable systems are your jam
• Deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture

• Testing-focused mindset: JUnit, Mockito, or equivalent
