🧠 Experience Level: 7+ years | Must be Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

📂 What You’ll Own:
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams in Agile delivery and cultural adoption
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies—standups, retros, planning, and beyond
• Assess team health, remove blockers, and resolve conflicts before they escalate
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and track Agile KPIs
• Present insights to senior leadership and champion transparency
• Mentor teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
• Promote data-driven decision-making through consistent metric tracking
• Be the servant leader who gets the job done—calm, focused, and clear

🚧 What You Bring to the Table:
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years as a Scrum Master in tech environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)—required
• Expertise in SAFe and Agile frameworks (methodology-agnostic mindset)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations or complex team environments
• Bonus if you bring PMP certification
