🔎 What You’ll Own:
- Incident & Problem Management: Detect, troubleshoot, document, and resolve IT incidents across mainframe apps
- Service Change Management: Plan and execute changes, document procedures, report progress to senior staff
- ITSM Oversight: Support framework setup, risk reporting, and ensure smooth live-service operations
- Control-M (z/OS) Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor batch scheduling tools
🧠Must-Have Traits & Experience:
- 10+ years in mainframe environments (enterprise-level)
- Proficiency with Control-M for z/OS, incident/change management, and 24Ă—7 ops
- Strong analytical and communication skills—you’ll mentor juniors and liaise with cross-functional teams
- Microsoft Office fluency to build client-ready documentation
- Self-starter, adept at managing multiple initiatives in a high-pressure, critical-support context
