🧠 Experience Level: 1+ Year LMS Admin Experience


🛠 What You’ll Own:
• Daily LMS operations: authoring, publishing, analytics, support
• Troubleshooting system issues and user escalations
• Partnering with content creators to ensure training meets design and quality standards
• Managing LMS integrations and updates with vendors
• Coaching stakeholders on learning strategies and system use
• Creating user-friendly support guides and system training materials
• Reporting on engagement, course performance, and system utilization


📚 Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Systems, HR, EdTech, or related fields)
• 1+ year experience in LMS or enterprise-level system administration
• Hands-on experience in reporting, analytics, or project management
• Comfort interfacing with internal teams and external vendors
• Excellent documentation and user support skills


Bonus Points for:
• Experience with Articulate, Captivate, SCORM/xAPI, HTML5, or JavaScript
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of FTP, XML, CSS, and related web tech
• Prior involvement in system-level learning program design
