🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own the sprint backlog and work closely with Product Owners to align goals
• Perform code reviews and design deep dives with your team
• Prototype, build, and troubleshoot across UI layers
• Create self-contained, reusable, and testable Angular components
• Conduct demos to stakeholders showing off feature-rich, high-performing UI
• Join in collaborative dev discussions that value architecture and usability
🛠 Your Toolkit Includes:
• Angular (advanced usage), jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JSON
• Node.js, Java, React Native (bonus points for full-stack flexibility)
• Mastery in CSS, JS, and responsive design best practices
• Accessibility knowledge (WCAG, ARIA standards)
• REST APIs, Swagger, JSON payloads
• Familiarity with Kafka, message queues, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence
• Agile and Scaled Agile development workflows
• Test-Driven Development mindset (we write code and sleep well)

• 8+ years of hands-on front-end development for Lead role (6+ for Mid-level)
• Proven experience building scalable, cross-browser responsive applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

💰 Compensation:
• Lead Front-End Developer: $130,000/year
• Mid-Level Front-End Developer: $112,000/year
