📋 What You’ll Own
• Create static and motion-based designs for paid social, email, landing pages, and ad campaigns
• Collaborate with art directors and analysts to align visuals with performance goals
• Use brand assets, stock content, or original art to craft compelling designs
• Manage multiple creative projects across various client brands
• Contribute to messaging and copywriting that supports visual campaigns
• Design dynamic presentations in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or InDesign
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of agency or similar design experience
• A polished portfolio showing standout motion graphics and digital campaigns
• Expertise in Adobe Suite, especially After Effects
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and design fundamentals
• Comfort working solo and managing deadlines remotely
• Basic video editing skills a plus
• Clear communication and attention to detail
