📂 What You’ll Own:
• Oversee and elevate all SEO campaigns—strategy, auditing, optimization, and execution
• Lead a team of SEO Engineers and Analysts through technical brilliance and mentorship
• Drive site audits, log file analysis, and persona-driven keyword research
• Optimize organic conversions and monitor KPIs like a seasoned strategist
• Collaborate with Devs and Content teams to ensure clean, effective implementation
• Present deliverables, insights, and forward-thinking strategies to clients
• Translate algo updates into actionable plans and thought leadership
• Contribute to new business, R&D, and SEO innovation at large

🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• 5+ years of SEO experience (agency preferred), including team leadership
• Deep knowledge of search engine ranking factors and real-world application
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS with working knowledge of JavaScript (React/Angular a plus)
• Client-facing confidence with polished presentation and communication skills
• Mastery of SEO tools, analytics platforms, and Excel/PowerPoint
• Ability to turn data into narrative, and narrative into action
• Initiative, curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving spirit
