🧠Experience Level: 5+ years in IT, 3–5+ years in app integrations/API development
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Administer and support enterprise applications across ERP, CRM, CSM, ITSM, HRIS, and expense platforms
• Configure, test, and maintain Jira Service Management—issue types, custom fields, workflows, automations
• Build automations and integrations between apps using APIs and PowerShell
• Support end-users, triage access requests, and respond to change tickets
• Document workflows, deployments, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate software updates, notify users of downtime, and ensure service continuity
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and audit-ready documentation for leadership
• Provide on-call production support and resolve escalated issues
• Collaborate across departments and partner with vendors to evolve systems
• Lead with integrity, drive innovation, and uphold Switch’s Karma philosophy
🧠Must-Have Traits & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in IT + 3–5 years in engineering or integrations (APIs, scripting, etc.)
• Expert-level Jira Service Management experience
• Proficiency with enterprise software systems and service automation
• Strong PowerShell scripting and API skills
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, SQL/MySQL/Oracle databases
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and authentication tools like SAML, MS Graph
• Security+ certification (preferred)
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to work independently and influence leadership
