📋 What You’ll Own
• Write clean, testable, and functional code across the stack
• Build responsive web layouts using HTML/CSS best practices
• Develop web applications using Python (Flask) and JavaScript (React)
• Debug, test, and upgrade existing software and web pages
• Integrate back-end systems and PostgreSQL databases
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and leadership
• Draft technical documentation to support scalability and maintainability
• Ensure security compliance and modern web standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Offer client-focused solutions and enhancements based on feedback
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• U.S. Citizen
• 2+ years of experience as a Web Developer
• Proficiency in Python, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Flask (or Django) and React (or similar JS frameworks)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Linux, and AWS environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly collaborative and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
