Givzey is seeking a versatile, Python-fluent Web Developer to join our fast-growing, mission-driven team revolutionizing nonprofit fundraising. You’ll contribute to building and refining web applications that make giving easier, faster, and smarter—empowering fundraisers and transforming donor engagement.

We’re a Boston-based startup that created the first Gift Agreement Platform—designed by fundraisers, for fundraisers. Our platform helps nonprofits streamline pledges, secure giving, and boost year-round forecasting, all while delivering an elevated donor experience.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Write clean, testable code across the stack (front-end + back-end)
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces with HTML/CSS best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications
- Integrate back-end services and streamline data flow
- Support feature development to meet customer needs
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, founders, and customers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and security practices
- Document code and systems for long-term support
🎯 Who You Are
- US Citizen with 2+ years of professional web development experience
- Proficient in Python, with experience in Flask or Django
- Confident with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and web design principles
- Detail-driven with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and agile in fast-paced environments
- Bonus: Experience supporting nonprofit tech or customer-facing development
