Design Shopp is looking for a sharp, experienced Senior Web Developer to join our fully remote global team. With 17+ years of success in digital marketing, branding, and creative services, we’ve built a reputation for innovation, collaboration, and high-quality work. You’ll work alongside our in-house designers and developers to bring custom-built websites to life for clients ranging from big institutions to disruptive startups across North America.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Collaborate with designers to build complex, responsive websites from Figma files
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes using ACF, hooks, and custom post types
• Handle advanced PHP backends and integrate third-party APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, custom REST)
• Conduct QA, enforce code quality, and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility
• Guide architectural decisions and assist in project scoping
• Participate in client meetings as a technical lead
• Optimize site performance and implement structured, SEO-rich, secure code
🎯 Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years professional experience in web development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress
• Skilled in technical SEO, semantic HTML, and site performance best practices
• Strong Git/version control knowledge
• QA testing and debugging across modern devices/browsers
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communicator and team collaborator
• Hard Requirement: Must be online and working during 9AM–5PM EST, Monday to Friday
