📋 What You’ll Own
• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications and backend systems
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Troubleshoot bugs, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Java development
• Strong in Java SE/EE, Spring, Hibernate
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of OOP principles
• Strong communicator who works well independently
