đ What Youâll Own
⢠Coach customers through the successful technical adoption of OutSystems
⢠Drive expansion strategies in complex and regulated IT environments
⢠Bridge communication between technical teams at the client and internal teams at OutSystems
⢠Guide customers through development, AI, DevOps, Infrastructure, Monitoring, and more
⢠Lead technical reviews and proactively address potential issues
⢠Design and implement adoption plans to increase platform proficiency
⢠Serve as a customer advocate internally and deliver roadmap updates
⢠Document and share recurring customer pain points to improve the product
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠5+ years of mobile/web development experience
⢠3+ years as a Technical Lead, Coach, or Technical Account Manager
⢠Expertise in web/mobile dev: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Java, relational databases
⢠Solid grasp of ALM/APM practices and tools
⢠Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
⢠Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering
⢠Practical understanding of IT ecosystems: VPNs, firewalls, AWS/GCP/Azure, containers
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
⢠Ability to travel as needed
⢠Strong preference for experience with OutSystems platform
