Freshworks is seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer to join their global web team. You’ll help shape the future of Freshworks.com by crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that are as impactful as they are elegant. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent UX instincts, and a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Full-Time, Remote (U.S.-based)
• Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 base salary + bonus potential

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics) to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life
• Define and refine interaction models to improve usability and engagement
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, visual designers, and stakeholders
• Apply design thinking to solve business and user problems
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across web experiences
• Present and defend your work clearly, backed by insights and rationale
• Document specs to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
• Stay on top of UX trends, emerging tools, and user behavior shifts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Deep knowledge of UX best practices, interaction design, and design thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and quick iteration cycles
• Drive to innovate and continuously elevate design quality
