Blueprint Technologies is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Junior Gaming Content Writer to support a best-in-class technical player support experience. If you have a love for games, a knack for clear and concise communication, and a desire to shape the self-service and support content used by players worldwide—this is your gig.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit support content (FAQs, walkthroughs, troubleshooting guides, etc.)
- Create internal training materials and customer-facing technical documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams to clarify specs and build accurate, accessible support
- Maintain documentation records and manage revisions
- Follow style and terminology standards for game and technical writing
🧠 You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience writing for games or technical customer support
- Strong ability to explain technical steps in simple, engaging language
- Experience with knowledge base platforms or customer service tools
- Passion for games and curiosity about gaming tech and tools
- Bonus: Experience creating internal training content
