📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead the technical and product vision for all Applied AI initiatives
• Guide executive decisions with technical and commercial insights
• Identify and build AI-driven solutions that improve life sciences R&D
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to productize innovation
• Represent TetraScience at key industry events and forums
• Provide hands-on leadership to the Scientific AI Leadership (SAIL) team
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 15+ years building AI/ML solutions and data engineering platforms (esp. in life sciences)
• Track record of successful AI product deployment in biological contexts
• Deep domain knowledge: Drug pipelines, HTS, DMPK, compliance
• Skilled in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, and scalable system design
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in startups and external customer-facing AI initiatives
