Fluency, a fast-growing platform powering the future of creator tools, is hiring a Web Designer & Front-End Developer to lead interface execution and UX. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and develop responsive UIs using HAML and Tailwind CSS
• Translate Figma mockups and half-baked ideas into polished, production-ready code
• Own UX strategy from wireframe to live product
• Work hands-on with developers and leadership to rapidly iterate on features
• Conduct competitive research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Stay tapped into trends in creator culture, UI/UX, and social platforms
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in HTML and Tailwind CSS
• Sharp eye for modern design—especially creator-centric platforms like TikTok or Linktree
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (bonus for Vue or React)
• Experience working in or around influencer/content creation spaces
• Familiar with agile, code review processes, and collaboration with dev teams
• Bonus for: Figma/Sketch, Ruby on Rails, Stimulus.js, or A/B testing know-how
